On Instagram I share my daily life with you, and in my daily life there are smoothies! You often ask me for recipes, so here are 4 easy smoothie recipes to make at home.
I can’t believe I haven’t posted in this “cook book” category since March 2020 … wow, I promise you that since I’ve been cooking, I just forgot to share them with you here (I do share them on Instagram from time to time though!).
Note that everything can be changed to adjust them to your taste. Personally I add protein powder to my smoothies but it’s completely optional.

Let’s start with the first recipe, until recently I didn’t want to put kale in my smoothies. I had a bad memory of my first year in Canada. A kale smoothie that was too … kale for me! But now, with the right recipe, I find it delicious. And it’s very healthy too.
Kale and Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Frozen pineapple chunks
- Frozen mango pieces
- Chickpea milk
- Oat milk
- Kale
- Honey
- Fresh ginger
Preparation:
- Place the banana and frozen fruit in the glass of the blender.
- Add the chickpea milk and oat milk
- Blend a little
- Add the kale, honey and ginger
- Blend again
- Add extra milk or a little water if the smoothie is too thick.
We continue the easy smoothie recipes with a smoothie that should be rather liquid. Delicious and healthy!
Lemon and Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Lemon juice
- Turmeric
- Blend of plant based milks of your choice
- Honey
- Fresh ginger
Preparation:
- Place the banana and lemon juice in the blender glass.
- Add the milks
- Add the turmeric and honey
- Blend everything together
- Add extra milk or a little water if the smoothie is too thick.
Another colourful smoothie with a simple red fruit smoothie. A very tasty smoothie.
Berries Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Frozen red berries
- Chickpea milk
- Oat milk
- Hemp seeds
- Lemon juice
- Fresh ginger
Preparation:
- Place the banana and frozen berries in the blender glass.
- Add the chickpea milk and oat milk
- Then add the hemp seeds, lemon juice and fresh ginger.
- Blend
- Add extra milk or a little water if the smoothie is too thick.
We finish with a tropical smoothie that will bring the sunshine into your home.
Mango and Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Frozen pineapple chunks
- Frozen mango pieces
- Coconut milk
- Chickpea milk
- Hemp seeds
- Honey
- Fresh ginger
- Turmeric
Preparation:
- Place the banana and frozen fruit in the blender glass.
- Add the chickpea milk and coconut milkAdd the honey, ginger and turmeric
- Blend
- Add extra milk or a little water if the smoothie is too thick.
